That’s why you won’t see long-term contracts to lock you in so you can’t escape. No, if the solution isn’t a solution then why would a friend force you to stay with it? We provide a free 30-day trial to see if our software is really a solution for you. There is no obligation and you won’t be charged until after the 30-days is up. After that, it’s monthly billing.

It is a privilege to have you as a customer and we will work to keep you a satisfied customer. If at any time you find our software no longer meets your needs, just notify us, you will not be charged for the next month and we’ll close your account. That’s how friends treat each other, with respect and fairness. Please allow us to show you our software solutions and how they could meet your needs.

Unlike more and more companies in this world, we really do care and will respond to your replies and e-mails when you take the time to write or fill out a contact form.

  • We believe in real customer service; the kind most human beings would like to have. Perfection is our goal, but reasonable response time with an attitude of service to you, will be the least we can promise.

  • No required long-term commitments with our software. 30-days is the current limit. Optional longer term, discounted plans may be offered in the future.

  • If you are unhappy with our software program any time after your first paid month and you want your data, we will happily provide it for you in the form of CSV files.
